To do this we look for and find food that is different, has a unique appeal, and has personality. The best of its kind and sometimes the only one of its kind. We taste test everything before importing it. Make sure that it is up to specification from really reputable producers and perfectly packed.Then meet with the suppliers and only after we are completely satisfied do we say “each product has our personal recommendation”.
Watersteps specialises in organic, natural, niche and hard to find food that can fulfil dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten free, kosher or sugar free.
We are always open to new ideas, so please let us know if you would like us to find something that you would like. Please have a look around at our eclectic and interesting range.

We sell to retailers as well as direct to the public.
Public - Feel free to browse through our products and buy whatever you would like. Or if you would like to find your nearest stockist please use the contact us form.
Retailers - Please fill in the Retail Application form, and we will contact you within 48 hours.
Watersteps accepts the following payment methods
EFT - you can EFT funds to our bank account with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Our account details are included on your invoice.
Credit Card - We use the Commonwealth Bank of Australia to process our credit card payments. This means when you choose to pay by credit card you will temporarily leave our website for CBA, and once the transaction is finalised you will return to Watersteps. In this way, we do not store your credit card details and you are protected by CBA systems.

We use a combination of Allied Express, Couriers Please and Australia Post for deliveries.
The cost of delivery will in, usually, be added to your invoice and in most cases is subsidised by us.
For retail customers there is a flat $6.95 (inc GST) delivery fee Australia wide.
For commerical customers please contact us at email@example.com for delivery rates.
If you have any concerns about the goods you have ordered or there is something wrong with the order i.e. product missing or the wrong product, please use the contact us form or alternatively email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please ensure you provide your contact details and your order number (where possible).
If you wish to return an item we require written notice within 48 hours of the products being delivered to you. If we agree to the return, the goods to be returned to Watersteps must be in saleable condition ASAP. Watersteps reserves the right to decline a return.
